NOVELTY - Graphene modified aqueous polyurethane resin is adopted the Hummers method to obtain oxidized graphite alkene with functional modification from aqueous graphene dispersion and dispersed to obtain high-concentration aqueous graphene dispersion liquid. USE - Graphene modified aqueous polyurethane resin used in marine field, steel, anti-static coating, conductive paint or antifouling water-proof coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified aqueous polyurethane resin is convenient for large-scale preparation, has good adhesion, corrosion resistance and impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene modified aqueous polyurethane resin which involves: (A) adding polyester polyol or polyether polyol, hydrophilic chain extender, graphene oxide water dispersion at 90-120 degrees C under the vacuum condition in the four-opening bottle with thermometer, condenser tube and stirrer; (B) stirring for 1.5 hours and removing the water; (C) introducing nitrogen gas immediately after stopping vacuum; (D) cooling the four-opening flask to 60-80 degrees C; (E) adding diisocyanate reaction supplementing acetone; (F) measuring cyanate value for 3-5 hours and viscosity of the system, when the value of the measured is close to the theoretical calculated value then stopping reaction; (G) stopping introducing nitrogen, continuously stirring and cooling to 30-40 degrees C; (H) adding neutralizing agent to react for 10-20 minutes; (I) adding calculated amount of water under vigorous stirring, continuing high speed under stirring for 10-20 minutes; (J) adding small molecule chain extender solution and de-ionized water after finishing dripping; (K) stirring for 30-50 minutes and stopping the reaction; and (L) stirring at low speed for 30 minutes, decompressing and steaming to remove acetone to obtain graphene modified aqueous polyurethane resin.
