NOVELTY - A core-spun yarn of wool worsted pattern yarn is prepared by mixing 10-30% Tencel (RTM: lyocell and modal fiber) fiber and 70-90% wool fiber, spinning into colorful yarns for worsted fabrics as core yarn, and covering the core yarn with graphene viscose fiber as yarn. USE - Core-spun yarn of wool worsted pattern yarn. ADVANTAGE - The wool worsted pattern yarn is economically prepared by a simple process. The spinning method maintains the balance of the yarn tension, prevents the core yarn and the yarn sheath from entangling with each other, and improves the spinning quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of the core-spun yarn of wool worsted pattern yarn; and (2) spinning device for core-spun yarn of wool worsted pattern yarn, which comprises core yarn tube, core yarn and yarn sheath tube, core yarn guide ring, tension balancer, yarn guide roller, and middle roller.
