NOVELTY - An epoxy zinc-rich coating comprises a component (c1), a component (c2) and an organic solvent. The mass ratio of the component (c1) with respect to the component (c2) is 5-10:1. The component (c1) comprises a high-solid-content high-molecular-weight epoxy resin, an aqueous polyurethane solution, zinc powder and graphene oxide slurry. The component (c2) is a Camellia oil modified amine curing agent. USE - Epoxy zinc-rich coating. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy zinc-rich coating has improved salt spray resistance by more than 3 times, improved the construction performance, thick film resistance to cracking, and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the epoxy zinc-rich coating, which involves preparing the component (c1) by mixing the high solid content and high molecular weight epoxy resin with the organic solvent and stirring evenly to form a clear solution, under stirring, adding the aqueous polyurethane solution and zinc powder in sequence to disperse, and finally under stirring, adding graphene oxide slurry, dispersing, preparing the component (c2) by mixing the Camellia oil modified amine curing agent with the organic solvent uniformly.
