ADVANTAGE - The epoxy zinc-rich coating has improved salt spray resistance by more than 3 times, improved the construction performance, thick film resistance to cracking, and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the epoxy zinc-rich coating, which involves preparing the component (c1) by mixing the high solid content and high molecular weight epoxy resin with the organic solvent and stirring evenly to form a clear solution, under stirring, adding the aqueous polyurethane solution and zinc powder in sequence to disperse, and finally under stirring, adding graphene oxide slurry, dispersing, preparing the component (c2) by mixing the Camellia oil modified amine curing agent with the organic solvent uniformly.
