NOVELTY - Preparing pine needle flavone assembling anti-cancer medicine comprises e.g. preparing pine needle flavonoid, preparing graphene oxide, assembling pine needle flavonoid-folic acid-graphene nano medicine: mixing graphene oxide, triethylene glycol and 0.50 mol/l iron acetylacetonate solution, ultrasonicating, reacting under nitrogen atmosphere, adding absolute ethanol into reaction, separating precipitate, washing precipitate with ethanol, mixing distilled water, NaOH and NaClO, adding dilute hydrochloric acid, dialyzing supernatant with distilled water and adding folic acid into dialysate. USE - The pine needle flavone is useful in preparing anti-stomach cancer medicine, anti-liver cancer medicine, anti-breast cancer medicine or anti-lung cancer medicine (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing pine needle flavone assembling anti-cancer medicine comprises (i) preparing pine needle flavonoid, (ii) preparing graphene oxide, (iii) assembling pine needle flavonoid-folic acid-graphene nano medicine: (iiia) mixing graphene oxide, triethylene glycol and 0.50 mol/l iron acetylacetonate solution in a ratio of 25 mg:6 ml:3 ml, ultrasonicating, reacting under nitrogen atmosphere, then adding absolute ethanol into reaction, where volume ratio between absolute ethanol and acetylacetone iron solution is 20:3, then magnetically separating precipitate, washing precipitate with ethanol, and drying to obtain ferroferric oxide-graphene oxide, (iiib) mixing distilled water, sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite in a ratio of 25 mg:25 ml:1 g:1 g, ultrasonicating for 1-2 hours, then adding 1 mol/l dilute hydrochloric acid, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, dialyzing supernatant with distilled water in dialysis bag having molecular weight of 2000 Da for 20-24 hours, and collecting dialysis solution in dialysis bag, adding folic acid into dialysate in a ratio of 0.1 g:20 ml, ultrasonicating, then adding nitro-hydroxysuccinimide and 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide, ultrasonicating for 0.5-1 hours to obtain folic acid-Fe3O4-graphene oxide crude solution, where mass ratio between nitrogen-hydroxysuccinimide, 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide and folic acid is 100:50:30, dialyzing folic acid-ferroferric oxide-graphene oxide crude solution with 1 mol/l NaHCO3 solution in dialysis bag having molecular weight of 2000 Da for 24 hours, collecting dialysate in dialysis bags, centrifuging, collecting precipitate, washing precipitate with acetone, and drying to obtain folic acid-ferroferric oxide-graphene oxide, and (iiic) dispersing folic acid-ferroferric oxide-graphene oxide in phosphate buffer, adding 2 mg/ml pine needle flavonoid solution, mixing 20-24 hours under dark light, centrifuging, collecting lower solution, and drying to obtain pine needles flavonoids-folic acid-graphene nano medicine i.e. pine needle flavonoid anti-cancer medicine. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for pine needle flavone assembling anti-cancer medicine obtained by above mentioned method.
