NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-water-based acrylic acid anticorrosive coating involves weighing a proper amount of modifier, and adding absolute ethyl alcohol to dissolve the modifier to obtain a modified solution, weighing raw material graphene, adding the prepared modification liquid, and adding deionized water, stirring for a period of time, sanding to obtain graphene slurry, and spray-drying the graphene slurry to obtain modified graphene. The acrylic emulsion is weighed, sequentially and slowly added a film forming auxiliary agent, a defoaming agent, a flatting agent and a dispersing agent under high-speed stirring of a multipurpose dispersion machine, and stirred to obtain uniform acrylic emulsion pretreatment liquid. The modified graphene is slowly added into the pretreatment liquid at the rotation speed of 500 revolution per minute multipurpose dispersion machine. USE - Method for preparing graphene-water-based acrylic acid anticorrosive coating used in electrochemical corrosion prevention (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite coating has good electrochemical corrosion resistance and good application prospect.
