▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Improving dispersion stability of two-dimensional nanomaterials in base oil comprises dispersing telechelic polymer and two-dimensional nanomaterials in the base oil, forming the oil gel through the hydrogen bond interaction between the hydroxy groups. The telechelic polymer and the two-dimensional nanomaterial also have hydrogen bond interactions. The telechelic polymer is polymethacrylate long-chain alkyl ester containing hydroxy groups at both ends, denoted as HmS2nHm, where the H block is hydroxy-containing monomer, S block is oil-soluble polymethacrylate long-chain alkyl ester, m is the degree of polymerization of the H block and 2n is the degree of polymerization of the S block. USE - The method is useful for improving dispersion stability of two-dimensional nanomaterials in base oil. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to operate, and has excellent application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for improving the lubricating performance and anti-wear performance of lubricating oil, where the lubricating oil is oil gel formed by dispersing telechelic polymers in base oil through hydrogen bond interactions between hydroxy groups, the telechelic type polymer is the polymethacrylic acid long-chain alkyl ester containing hydroxy at both ends, denoted as HmS2nHm, where the H block is hydroxy-containing monomer, the S block is oil-soluble polymethacrylate long-chain alkyl ester, 2n is the degree of polymerization of the S block, and m is the degree of polymerization of the H block, the two-dimensional nanomaterial is added when the telechelic polymer is dispersed in the base oil, and hydrogen bond interaction occurs between the telechelic polymer and the two-dimensional nanomaterial.
