NOVELTY - Preparing flexible multi-layer graphene composite material involves grinding graphite ore by using conventional technology into powder having particle diameter of 200-300 mu m. Graphite powder is purified in purifying furnace at 1600-2000 degrees C for 30-60 seconds under halogen gas with flow rate of 8-10 m3/hour, and then heated at 2300-3000 degrees C for 30-45 seconds under halogen gas with flow rate of 0.5-2 m3/hour to obtain graphite powder with purity of greater than or equal to 99.99%. Purified graphite powder is mixed with 2 mg/ml plugging agent in mass ratio of 1:1 and put into dichlorobenzene solvent. USE - Method for preparing flexible multi-layer graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare flexible multi-layer graphene composite material is suitable for batch production, and improves metal material heat performance and bear strength property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing flexible multi-layer graphene composite material involves grinding graphite ore by using conventional technology into powder having particle diameter of 200-300 mu m. Graphite powder is purified in purifying furnace at 1600-2000 degrees C for 30-60 seconds under halogen gas with flow rate of 8-10 m3/hour, and then heated at 2300-3000 degrees C for 30-45 seconds under halogen gas with flow rate of 0.5-2 m3/hour to obtain graphite powder with purity of greater than or equal to 99.99%. Purified graphite powder is mixed with 2 mg/ml plugging agent in mass ratio of 1:1 and put into dichlorobenzene solvent and mixed at 25-40 degrees c for 60-80 seconds. Product is placed in centrifugal separation device for separation to remove liquid supernatant and take graphene dispersion liquid. Graphene dispersion liquid is vacuum filtered in filtration membrane having hole diameter of 50-150 mu m to obtain multi-layer graphene particle. Multi-layer graphite particle is heated into vacuum furnace at 2300-3000 degrees C for 45-60 seconds to carry out graphitization process, and obtained liquid is sprayed on surface of metal material by ion spray device, where spraying distance is 80-200mm, electric arc voltage is 50-200 Volts, the arc current is 200-300 Ampere, feeding speed is 15-100g/minutes. Coated metal material is pressed by applying pressure of 28-32 ton, ad and rolled in rolling device and roll is received by winding machine, and then packaged in packing library.
