NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/phosphate-buffered saline composite material comprises e.g. freezing phosphate-buffered saline and quickly crushing, dispersing graphene uniformly dispersed in the solvent to form a mixed solution; adding pulverized phosphate-buffered saline to the mixed solution stirring evenly so that the graphene is uniformly coated on the surface of the phosphate-buffered saline; drying the product; and placing the product in a twin roll mill, milling at 120 degrees C until a smooth and homogeneous sample is obtained and gradually reducing roller to 90 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/phosphate-buffered saline composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/phosphate-buffered saline composite material comprises (i) freezing phosphate-buffered saline and quickly crushing; (ii) dispersing graphene uniformly dispersed in the solvent to form a mixed solution; (iii) adding pulverized phosphate-buffered saline to the mixed solution stirring evenly so that the graphene is uniformly coated on the surface of the phosphate-buffered saline; (iv) drying the product obtained in step (iii); and (v) placing the product obtained in step (iv) in a twin roll mill, milling at 120 degrees C until a smooth and homogeneous sample is obtained and gradually reducing roller to 90 degrees C.
