NOVELTY - Preparing beta -cyclodextrin/graphene composite modified electrode involves preparing beta -cyclodextrin/graphene composite, and dispersing beta -cyclodextrin/graphene composite in an organic solvent by ultrasonic dispersion to make a dispersion liquid. The dispersed droplets is taken and added them to the surface of the pre-treated glassy carbon electrode, and after drying, obtain the beta -cyclodextrin/graphene composite modified electrode. USE - Method for preparing beta-cyclodextrin/graphene composite modified electrode used for simultaneous determination of the contents of 2,7-naphthalenedidiol and bisphenol A in water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare beta-cyclodextrin/graphene composite modified electrode, that can simultaneously determine the content of 2,7-naphthalenediol and bisphenol A in water, and has the advantages of low detection limit, high sensitivity and strong anti-interference. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using beta -cyclodextrin/graphene composite modified electrode for simultaneous determination of the contents of 2,7-naphthalenedidiol and bisphenol A in water, which involves: (A) constructing three-electrode system by using beta -cyclodextrin/graphene composite modified electrode as working electrode, platinum electrode as counter electrode, and saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode, and connecting the three-electrode system to an electrochemical workstation; (B) determining the oxidation peak current value of 2,7-naphthalenediol and bisphenol A in water by differential pulse voltammetry; and (C) detecting 2,7-naphthalenediol and bisphenol A, and converting the concentration of 2,7-naphthalenediol and bisphenol A to the content of 2,7-naphthalenediol and bisphenol A in water, where the linear equation of 2,7-naphthalenediol is ip=0.7362c + 0.9834, R2=0.9947, where c is the concentration of 2,7-naphthalenediol, the unit is 10-6 mol/L, ip is the oxidation peak current value obtained by differential pulse voltammetry, and the unit is 10-6 ampere, and linear equation of bisphenol A is ip=0.2464c + 1.1359, and R2=0.9931, where c is the concentration of bisphenol A, the unit is 10-6 mol/L, where ip is the oxidation peak current value obtained by differential pulse voltammetry, the unit is 10-6 ampere.
