▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Monolithic titanium silicate-1 (TS-1) catalyst carrier, comprises a metal framework with interconnected three-dimensional pores inside, and a silicon-doped carbon layer grown on the metal framework. USE - The catalyst is useful in form of tiny crystal particles covered on surface of structured TS-1 catalyst carrier (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst eliminates internal diffusion, reduces side reaction selectivity, improves selectivity of the main product propylene oxide, improves production efficiency and reduces production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the catalyst carrier, comprising (i) firstly taking metal framework cleaning, drying, placing in the chemical vapor deposition furnace, (ii) mixing the Si-containing and C-containing raw materials with inert gas or a mixed gas of hydrogen in gas form, introducing chemical vapor deposition furnace, heating to grow doped Si on the metal framework carbon layer, and (iii) cooling to room temperature.
