NOVELTY - A saponin Rg1 and Re adsorbing method involves adding Ginseng drink and graphene to centrifuge tube, shaking and discarding tube solution after the end of the adsorption of a magnet into the outer wall of the test tube, followed by transferring precipitate with cyclohexane to test tube, vortex leaching and magnetizing. The resultant solution is added with methanol and ultrasonically processed. The graphene is adsorbed with a magnet. The remaining solution is collected, filtered, dried and added with methanol solution to obtain test solution. The test solution is injected to HPLC. USE - Method for adsorbing saponin Rg1 and Re in ginseng beverage by magnetic graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A saponin Rg1 and Re adsorbing method involves adding 30 mL Ginseng drink and 20 mg graphene to a 50 mL centrifuge tube, placing at room temperature and shaking using oscillator for 40 minutes, and discarding tube solution after the end of the adsorption of a magnet into the outer wall of the test tube, followed by transferring precipitate with 2 mL cyclohexane to 15 mL test tube, vortex leaching and magnetizing using magnetic graphene and cyclohexane solution. The resultant solution is added with 8 mL methanol and ultrasonically processed for 20 minutes. The graphene is adsorbed with a magnet. The remaining solution is collected with a 5 mL syringe, filtered through a 0.4 mu m microfiltration membrane, dried by nitrogen, and added with 200 mu l methanol solution to obtain test solution. The 10 mu l test solution is injected to HPLC.
