NOVELTY - Preparing graphene involves mixing the graphene oxide solution with reduction agent to obtain the graphene solution with chemical reduction, putting the chemically reduced graphene solution into the electrolytic cell, using electrochemical reaction to further reduce, improving the reduction degree of graphene, and obtaining the graphene liquid after electrochemical reduction, adding the dispersing agent into the graphene solvent, mixing and reacting to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene solution, adding uniformly dispersing graphene solution in the solvent to organic solvent, where the solvent is an inorganic solvent or an organic solvent, dispersing the uniformly dispersed graphene liquid in the organic solvent into the electrodialysis electrolytic tank, and using electrodiol to remove the remaining water to obtain a graphene solution that is uniformly dispersed in the organosilicone solvent. USE - Method used for preparing graphene, which is useful in a battery pack, a solar cell, a photovoltaic cell, an organic electroluminescence (EL) device, a thin film magnetic head, and a photomask. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high-efficiency, excellent graphene. The method improves the reduction degree of graphene; effectively removes various impurities in the graphene; the graphene is uniformly dispersed in various organic solution; and removes the residual moisture in graphene solution (organic solvent). The method has simple process, high repeatability, application value, and possibility of popularization.
