NOVELTY - A high-energy conductive lubricant comprises 20-40 parts mass base oil, 1-2 parts mass graphene, 10-15 parts mass pentaerythritol, 10-16 parts mass benzoic acid, 5-10 parts mass calcium sulfonate with high base value, 50-60 parts mass water glass and 5-9 parts mass nano-graphite. USE - High-energy conductive lubricant used for rolling components and high speed gear box. ADVANTAGE - The high-energy conductive lubricant has excellent lubrication performance on the rolling components, and silencing noise reduction and excellent lubrication performance on high speed gear box. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-energy conductive lubricant, which involves (i) adding base oil, graphene and water glass to a reaction vessel, stirring at a speed of 400-600 rpm, then adding pentaerythritol, benzoic acid, calcium sulfonate with high base value, stirring for 20-60 minutes, adding nano-graphite, mixing at 300-500 rpm for 1-1.5 hours, performing static-finishing to obtain light yellow high-energy conductive lubricant.
