NOVELTY - Modified polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material includes PVC material, graphene, polyether polyol, vinyltris( beta -methoxyethoxy)silane, adipate, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin, modified starch, kaolin, glass microspheres, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, putty powder, polyvinyl alcohol fibers, polyvinyl chloride fibers, basalt fiber, chlorinated paraffin, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, polyvinyl acetate emulsion, dimethyl silicone oil, triethanolamine, surfactant, initiator, crosslinking agent, catalyst, accelerator, plasticizer, toughening agent, dispersant, tackifier, and curing agent. USE - Modified PVC material used for hotel, restaurant and building decoration. ADVANTAGE - The PVC material has enhanced mechanical strength, toughness, wear and impact resistance, thermal stability, and flame retardant property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Modified PVC material comprises 163-206 pts. wt. PVC material, 54-67 pts. wt. graphene, 12-20 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 6-15 pts. wt. vinyltris( beta -methoxyethoxy)silane, 10-16 pts. wt. adipate, 7-13 pts. wt. PBT resin, 9-14 pts. wt. modified starch, 4-8 pts. wt. kaolin, 2-5 pts. wt. glass microspheres, 3-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-3 pts. wt. putty powder, 4-6 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol fibers, 5-8 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride fibers, 3-5 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 6-12 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 2-3 pts. wt. ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, 3-6 pts. wt. polyvinyl acetate emulsion, 4-7 pts. wt. dimethyl silicone oil, 1-2 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. surfactant, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. initiator, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. catalyst, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. accelerator, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. plasticizer, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. tackifier, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.7-1.2 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. light stabilizer, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. The modified starch comprises 86-118 pts. wt. cassava starch, 10-14 pts. wt. isoamyl acetate, 8-12 pts. wt. dimethylacetamide, 2-4 pts. wt. epichlorohydrin, 1.8-3.2 pts. wt. urea, 1-2 pts. wt. potassium hydroxide, 0.4-0.7 pt. wt. 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(benzoylperoxy)-hexane, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. platinum catalyst, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. organic tin stabilizer, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. propyl trimethoxysilane, and 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. boric acid. The surfactant is TRITON CF-10 (RTM: benzyl-polyethylene glycol tert-octylphenyl ether). The initiator is dibenzoyl peroxide. The crosslinking agent is methacrylamide. The catalyst is tris(dimethylaminopropyl)hexahydrotriazine. The accelerator is colorless cobalt. The plasticizer is citrate ester. The toughening agent is polypropylene rubber. The dispersant is NC dispersant. The flame retardant comprises 45-62 pts. wt. tributoxyethyl phosphate, 18-32 pts. wt. tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphite, 15-22 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 10-18 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 9-14 pts. wt. urea, 6-10 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 8-12 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 4-8 pts. wt. manganese oxide, 6-12 pts. wt. active clay, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. penetrant, and 0.6-0.9 pts. wt. synergist. The modified PVC material is prepared by crushing graphene into 300-500 mesh powder, and ultrasonicating powder at magnetic field strength of 5800-6200 GS, ultrasonic power of 300-500 W, temperature of 40-50 degrees C and stirring speed of 200-300 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 20-35 minutes to obtain graphene energy powder; adding surfactant to graphene energy powder, and reacting mixture at 56-72 degrees C with 100-130 rpm stirring speed for 1-1.5 hours to obtain activated graphene energy powder; mixing activated graphene energy powder with PVC material, polyether polyol, vinyltris( beta -methoxyethoxy)silane, adipate, PBT resin, chlorinated paraffin, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, polyvinyl acetate emulsion, dimethyl silicone oil, polyvinyl acetate, glass fiber, glass beads, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, putty powder, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, polyvinyl chloride fiber, basalt fiber, chlorinated paraffin, ethylene-triethanolamine, initiator, crosslinking agent, catalyst, accelerator, plasticizer, toughening agent, dispersant, and tackifier under nitrogen atmosphere, and heating in microwave at power of 196-268 W and temperature of 131-139 degrees C with 300-500 rpm stirring for 2.4-3.2 hours to obtain mixture (i); mixing mixture (i) with modified starch, curing agent, antibacterial, antioxidant, light stabilizer, UV absorber and flame retardant, and mixing at 69-77 degrees C with 100-200 rpm stirring for 0.9-1.4 hours to obtain mixture (ii); and feeding mixture (ii) into twin-screw extruder granulator, and granulating at 142-148 degrees C.
