NOVELTY - High temperature anti-stick coating capable of catalyzing and decomposing dioxin comprises 35-70 wt.% filler, 15-55 wt.% binder, 0.5-5 wt.% ytterbium/thulium co-doped fluoride nanocrystal, where in the ytterbium/thulium co-doped fluoride nanocrystal, the doping amount of thulium is 0.1-2 mol.%, and the doping amount of ytterbium is 0.5-5 mol.% based on 100 mol.% of fluoride, and the nanocrystals have an average particle size of 20-100 nm, and can absorb visible light or infrared light and convert them into ultraviolet light. USE - Used as high temperature anti-stick coating capable of catalyzing and decomposing dioxin. ADVANTAGE - The coating: utilizes the characteristics of ytterbium/thulium co-doped fluoride nanocrystals to absorb visible light/infrared light to generate up-conversion luminescence; realizes violet luminescence; induces then the photolysis reaction of dioxin; and recovers the visible light and infrared light radiation generated by the incineration of the incinerator to a specific extent. The fluoride; has good light-emitting material substrates, good lubricating materials, and significant effect on the anti-adhesion properties of coatings. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high temperature anti-stick coating capable of catalyzing and decomposing dioxin, comprising (i) uniformly mixing and stirring the filler and the binder evenly to obtain a mixture, and (ii) adding fluoride nanocrystals to the mixture, uniformly mixing to obtain a coating, and treating the surface of the target piece by spraying.
