NOVELTY - The electrode has an active substance provided with composite nano material of graphene nano plate and molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). Residuals are provided with acetylene black and polyvinylidene fluoride. Mass percentage contents of components are ranged with 75-85 percentage of active substance of composite nano material, 5-10 percentage of acetylene black and 10 percentage of polyvinylidene fluoride, where the mass ratio of graphene nano plate and MoS2 nano material in the active substance of composite nano material is 1:1-4:1. A molybdate is dissolved in de-ionized water. USE - Electrochemically intercalated magnesium ion electrode for a magnesium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has high electrochemical magnesium storage reversible capacity, improved circulation stability performance, and wide application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The molybdate is selected from a group consisting of sodium molybdate or ammonium molybdate. The composite nano material of graphene nano plate and the MoS2 are stirred with the acetylene black and N-methyl pyrrolidone of 5 percentage polyvinylidene fluoride to adequately mix as an even pasty mass. The electrode contains a graphite powder with 0.015-0.072g in potassium permanganate.
