NOVELTY - Composite polyurethane waterproof coating comprises 15-30 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 15-25 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 20-35 pts. wt. polymethyl silicone resin, 5-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. vermiculite powder, 2-5 pts. wt. cordierite powder, 1-3 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 0.2-1 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant and 5-10 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Composite polyurethane waterproof coating. ADVANTAGE - The composite polyurethane waterproof coating has excellent waterproof, anticorrosive performance and good high-temperature thermal conductivity, cordierite powder added to the coating and the vermiculite powder can form a barrier layer in the paint film, which retards the penetration of water and other corrosive substances into the paint film, has good thermal conductivity under high temperature conditions exceeding 400-500 degrees C, which is convenient for heat dissipation of the paint surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a composite polyurethane waterproof coating, which involves: (A) mixing polyurethane resin and polymethylsilicone resin, and stir at a temperature of 45-55 degrees C to obtain component A, which is ready for use; (B) mixing and stirring epoxy resin and deionized water, then adding vermiculite powder, cordierite powder and modified graphene, heating to 50-55 degrees C and stirring for 15-25min to obtain component B, and set aside; (C) mixing component A and component B, and stirring at 70-85 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain a mixture; and (D) adding film-forming additive, defoamer and dispersant to the mixture, raising the temperature to 160-180 degrees C, and stirring at a constant temperature for 60-100min to obtain a composite polyurethane waterproof coating.
