NOVELTY - Improved process of graphite layer cleavage in liquid phase to fabricate graphene material by staggered biaxial shearing-mixing method, comprises pre-dispersing graphite material in a substrate liquid to obtain graphite material containing liquid, then adding the graphite material containing liquid into the tank of the staggered biaxal shear mixer to conduct layer cleavage with the appropriate time, speed and temperature to obtain graphene material containing liquid, then cleaning the graphene material containing liquid by a vacuum filtration system to obtain wet graphene material, and finally drying the wet graphene material in an oven to obtain final product, which is a high purity graphene material. USE - The method is useful for improved process of graphite layer cleavage in liquid phase to fabricate graphene material by staggered biaxial shearing-mixing method. ADVANTAGE - The method: generates greater shear force and acceleration; expands separation space to improve capability of cleavage; and improves capacity and efficiency of graphene fabrication.
