NOVELTY - Preparing molybdenum disulfide/nickel sulfide chip, involves dispersing graphene oxide uniformly in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide suspension. Sodium molybdate, nickel chloride and thiourea are added in graphene oxide suspension and ultrasonic treatment is performed to give a mixed solution. ethylene glycol is added to the mixed solution, transferred to the reaction vessel and hydrothermally reacted at 160-200 degrees C to obtain a black product. The black product is washed with ethanol and vacuum dried at 80 degrees C to obtain sheet-like molybdenum disulfide/nickel sulfide-graphene composite. USE - Method for preparing molybdenum disulfide/nickel sulfide-graphene composite sheet (claimed) which can be used in electrode materials such as super capacitors and lithium ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple.
