▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Coating associated substrate with anticorrosive coating involves applying first curable liquid layer to substrate, first curable liquid layer having thickness of 100 micrometers. The first curable layer comprises polymer or monomer, quasi-one-dimensional particles or quasi-two-dimensional particles, sacrificial metal particles and solvent. The second curable liquid layer having thickness of 100 micrometers is applied on top of first curable liquid layer. The percolation threshold of quasi-one-dimensional particles or quasi-two-dimensional particles is reached. The first curable liquid layer and second curable liquid layer are cured simultaneously. USE - Method for coating associated substrate with anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to improve barrier properties, increases viscosity, and avoids problems of coating vertical stationary substrates and amine blush or bloom.
