NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity of graphene films involve using graphene oxide. The obtained graphene oxide is filtered in a vacuum suction filtration. The obtained filtrate is deposited in a chemistry gas phase deposition reduction device. The obtained product is dried at 30-90 degrees C for 1-48 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene films (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene films that has high thermal conductivity.
