NOVELTY - Preparing fluorinated graphene quantum dot involves mixing saccharide compound and hydrofluoric acid in water to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution undergo hydrothermal reaction to obtain fluorinated graphene quantum dot. USE - Method for preparing fluorinated graphene quantum dot for biomedical sensor, light sensing, biological imaging or biomarkers (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare fluorinated graphene quantum dot in simple manner that has high fluorescence emission characteristics, strong operability, good water solubility, excellent fluorescence effect and low biological toxicity.
