NOVELTY - Anticorrosive sealing synthetic material comprises 60-75 wt.% acrylic resin, 3-5 wt.% stearic acid, 6-7 wt.% 99.96% zinc oxide, 0.2-1 wt.% accelerator, 5-9 wt.% graphene, 3-4 wt.% antioxidant-RD, 5-7 wt.% liquid paraffin and 5-7 wt.% activated carbon. USE - Anticorrosive sealing synthetic material used for petroleum pipe threads. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive sealing synthetic material has strong barrier property and large specific surface area, improves graphene performance, so that the film layer is more compact and corrosion resistance and wear resistance by 30-50% and prolongs the service life of the pipeline. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an anticorrosive sealing synthetic material, which involves: (A) mixing the acrylic resin, stearic acid, 99.96% zinc oxide, accelerator and antioxidant-RD at room temperature through 500-800r/min mechanical stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixture for ready use; (B) heating to 40-50 degrees C, transferring to high-speed shearing dispersant, then adding accelerator, graphene, liquid paraffin and activated carbon, 1800-2000r/minutes high-speed shearing and dispersing for 5-10 minutes and then standing; and (C) applying the prepared solution to the thread of the petroleum pipe, and then leaving in a warm and cool place for 24 hours.
