▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-based modified polyurethane foam comprises 15-25 wt.% polyether polyol, 15-25 wt.% polyester polyol, 40-50 wt.% isocyanate, 3-9 wt.% modified graphene, 2-6 wt.% foaming agent, 1-3 wt.% catalyst and 1-3 wt.% foam stabilizer. USE - Graphene-based modified polyurethane foam. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based modified polyurethane foam can effectively improve the mechanical strength of the polyurethane foam, and the doxorubicin hydrochloride contained in the polyurethane foam can effectively play an antibacterial and antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-based modified polyurethane foam, which involves: (A) putting the graphene powder into dispersing agent for dispersing; (B) adding isocyanate into thedispersing solution; (C) reacting for 2-3h at thetemperature of 80-100 degrees C; (D) reducing the temperatureto 60-80 degrees C; (E) adding doxorubicin hydrochloride, ultrasonic oscillating reaction for 3-4h; (F) ully washing by washing solvent; (G) vacuum drying to obtain the modified graphene; (H) preparing polyurethane foam framework; (I) weighing polyether polyol, polyesterpolyol, isocyanate, foaming agent, catalyst and foam stabilizer, weighing the polyether polyol, polyesterpolyol and isocyanate into the foaming container, highspeed stirring for 10-20min; (J) adding foamingagent into the foaming container, catalyst and foamstabilizer, high speed stirring for 20-30min to obtain the polyurethane foam framework; (K) dispersing the modified graphene obtained; (L) soaking the polyurethane foam framework obtained; (M) adding cross-linking agent, continuously extruding and removing airbubbles; reacting for 8-10h under the condition of 80-100 degrees C; and (N) washing and drying to obtain the polyurethane foam modified based on graphene.
