NOVELTY - The heating unit has a pipeline main body (1) whose periphery that is provided with a graphene carbon nano-coating layer (2), a heat insulating layer (3) and a flexible photovoltaic layer (4). The inner wall of the lower portion for the pipeline body is connected with a temperature difference generating heating unit. The graphene carbon nanocomposite layer is adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the pipe main body. The heat insulation layer is covered on the outer circumferential graphene of the carbon nanocouplate layer, and the flexible light-emitting layer is located around the periphery of the heat insulation. The temperature difference generation heating unit includes a heating layer that is attached to the inner wall at the lower half of the bottom portion of a pipeline body. A temperature difference chip is connected to the layer circuit heating circuit. USE - Internal and external coupling heating to long-distance transportation of petroleum under low temperature condition ADVANTAGE - The graphene carbon nano coating layer uses the electric energy provided by the flexible photovoltaic layer graphene the carbon nano material in it can convert electric energy into heat energy, so as to heating for the outer peripheral surface of the pipeline main body. The porous ceramic layer, corrosion resistance ceramic, temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance, reducing running resistance, improving the wear resistance, and thermal stability of pipeline main case. The graphene model claims a low temperature condition for petroleum long-distance transportation of inner and outer coupling heating. The insulating layer is covered on the outer circumferential graphene of carbon nano-coating layer, and the flexible photo-voltaic layer is located at the periphery of the insulation layer, thus preventing the oil in the pipeline from freezing and ensuring the petroleum conveying pipeline normally conveying petroleum under cold weather condition.
