▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves forming a graphene layer. Electrodes are contacted with two sides of the graphene layer. A nanogap of the graphene layer is formed (S100). A graphene oxide layer is formed (S200) by bonding ionized oxygen to a portion of the graphene layer adjacent to a side of the nanogap. Green light or blue light is emitted by the graphene oxide layer. Voltage is applied to an electrodes. Patterning process is performed on the graphene layer. A portion of the graphene layer is removed. Gas containing nitrogen is injected into the graphene layer, where the graphene layer includes graphene not doped with impurities or graphene doped with nitrogen. USE - Method for manufacturing a graphene light source of an organic light emitting device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing a graphene light source in an effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an organic light emitting device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating a method for manufacturing a graphene light source of an organic light emitting device (Drawing includes non-English language text).
