NOVELTY - Graphene anti-wear cable material comprises 5-7 pts. wt. palm wax, 3-4 pts. wt. graphene, 30-40 pts. wt. rubber powder emulsion, 100-130 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 0.7-1 pts. wt. sucrose isobutyrate acetate, 1- 2 pts. wt. Hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid. USE - Graphene anti-wear cable material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene anti-wear cable material has strong mechanical properties, good stability and superior comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene anti-wear cable material, which involves: (A) adidng graphene to a sulfuric acid solution with a concentration of 95-97%, soaking for 2-3 hours, discharging, mixing with hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, incubating at 50-60 degrees C for 30-40 minutes to pre-process graphene, taking palm wax, adding to chloroform 6-7 times weight, mixing with pretreated graphene, sonicating for 10-20 minutes, distilling off chloroform to obtain modified graphene; (B) taking sucrose acetate isobutyrate, adding to the rubber powder emulsion, adding elevated temperature of 70-85 degrees C, adding modified graphene, stirring for 2-3 hours, suction filtering, washing filter cake with water and drying under vacuum at 60-65 degrees C to obtain graphene modified with graphene powder; and (C) taking rubber powder modified graphene, mixing with polyvinyl chloride, stiring, sending into an extruder, melting and extruding, and cooling to obtain the graphene antiwear cable material.
