▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A preparation method of highly oriented array graphene sheet thermal interface material, which involves (1) adding 0.5-5 wt.% non-redox graphene sheets into polymer matrix, mechanically stirring, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain dispersion, (2) adding curing agent and catalyst to the dispersion, and mechanically stirring for less than or equal to 1 minute to obtain mixture, (3) transferring the mixture to glass or other non-magnetic container with wall thickness of less than or equal to 1 mm, (4) transferring the container and the mixture to the magnetic field, where one surface of the container is vertical to a magnetic induction intensity direction, changing the mixture from liquid to solid, and removing the magnetic field, and (5) transferring the solid mixture to an electric heating constant temperature blast drying box, heating and solidifying. USE - Preparation method of highly oriented array graphene sheet thermal interface material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of highly oriented array graphene sheet thermal interface material without dispersant, by simple and convenient process. The high thermal conductivity characteristics in the graphene plane are fully utilized.
