▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A substrate comprises a liquid biopsy sample injection unit having a well-shaped pattern on the surface of the substrate, and a liquid biopsy-derived biological material containing a parylene coating on the surface of the substrate. USE - Substrate for analysis of biomaterial e.g. amino acid derived from liquid biopsy selected from blood, plasma, serum, urine, saliva, tears, cerebrospinal fluid, and sweat (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The substrate effectively analyzes the biomaterial in a trace amount of the liquid biopsy, and has improved accuracy by injecting it into the surface of the analysis substrate, increased analysis time and efficiency by analyzing a large number of trace samples at once through the arrangement of tens to hundreds of wells on the surface of the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: manufacture of the substrate, which involves depositing a parylene film on the substrate surface, coating a layer of parylene deposited on the substrate with a photoresist, fabricating a well array pattern on the photoresist coated on the parylene layer, and etching the parylene film with the well array pattern fabricated on the photoresist; and liquid biopsy-derived biomaterial analysis method.
