▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene fluorescent compound (I), is new. USE - New graphene fluorescent compound is used in fluorescent detection of sodium glutamate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The new graphene fluorescent compound has excellent usability, high fluorescence intensity and selectivity, and is prepared by simple process under mild reaction conditions. The graphene fluorescent compound is free from influence by biomolecules such as amino acids and saccharides, during fluorescent detection of sodium glutamate. The graphene fluorescent compound can detect sodium glutamate even when the concentration of sodium glutamate is as low as 0.5 mg/L. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene fluorescent compound of formula (I), is new. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene fluorescent compound (I), which involves adding 10-20 mu L amine catalyst to 5-100 mL aqueous solution of graphene oxide nanomaterials, leaving still for 5-40 minutes, dripping 0.01-0.1 g 5-amino-fluorescein alcohol solution, dispersing for 30 minutes, reacting for 2-10 hours in 30-70 degrees C water bath, maintaining at room temperature for 10-25 hours in dark, centrifuging for 20-90 minutes at a rate of 3000-12000 rpm and washing obtained residue with mixed solvent of water and alcohol 3 times. Amine catalyst is N-hydroxysuccinimide or dicyclohexyl carbodiimide; and (2) use of graphene fluorescent compound (I) in fluorescent detection of sodium glutamate. Compound (I) is dissolved in aqueous alcohol during detection of sodium glutamate.
