▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The copper graphene-based electrical contact material composes 75-85% copper powder, 0.5-6% grapheme, and 14.5-19% niobium selenide. USE - Copper graphene-based electrical contact material. ADVANTAGE - The copper graphene-based electrical contact material is suitable for different atmosphere conditions of high performance, and has excellent physical and mechanical properties, high strength, low friction coefficient, and abrasion wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing copper graphene-based electrical contact material, which involves: (A) mixing copper powder, graphene, and niobium selenide powder in a ball mill with stirring uniformly; and (B) sintering the ball into mold at 750-900 degrees C for 85-130 minutes. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic metallographic photograph of the copper graphene self-lubricating composite.
