NOVELTY - Preparing breath sensor involves covering substrate with a metal film and then coating the covered substrate with graphene oxide coating solution. The coated material is dried to obtain graphene oxide film coated substrate surface. The obtained substrate is reduced in hydrazine vapor environment and then the reduced material is covered with graphene film. The covered material is coated with metal ion solution and then the coated material is dried and washed to obtain the desired product. USE - Method for preparing breath sensor used for detecting gastric cancer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare breath sensor in cost-effective manner, has enhanced Raman scattering effect and stability, ensured simple breath gastric cancer marker detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing detecting disease marker, which involves: (A) keeping the breath sensor in collection bag; (B) filling the collection bag with breath air; (C) allowing the collection bag to stand for some time for producing surface-enhanced Raman spectra characteristic peaks; and (D) observing falls area to determine category of breath containing classes.
