NOVELTY - Discharge electrode device, comprises a material holding part and a moving electrode group which are oppositely arranged. A control part drives the moving electrode group close to or far away from the material holding part. The control part also can drive the moving electrode group to rotate. The material holding part comprises a containing tray, a locating plate, a reaction tube and an embedded electrode. The locating plate is set on the containing tray. The locating plate is uniformly provided with multiple reaction tubes at intervals. The locating plate and the reaction tube can rotate relative to the containing tray. The two ends of the reaction tube are opened. The material holding part is provided with multiple first through holes and embedded electrodes. USE - The device is useful for mass production of graphene by electric shock. ADVANTAGE - The device has good efficiency and quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for mass production of graphene discharge electrode device by using electric shock.
