NOVELTY - Preparing carbon-coated antimony selenide/graphene composite material involves adding 40-80 mg graphene oxide into 40-80 ml distilled water, and then adding 0.2701-0.6759 g antimony potassium tartrate, 0.1-0.3 g polyvinylpyrrolidone and 0.5-2.5 g carbon source under stirring to obtain a mixed solution A. 0.1326-0.1907 g selenium powder is dispersed into 2-6 ml hydrazine hydrate under stirring to obtain a wine red mixed solution B. The mixed solution B and the mixed solution A are mixed and dispersed to obtain a mixed solution C to carry out hydrothermal reaction at 160-220 degrees C for 12-24 hours, cooled at room temperature, and freeze-dried to obtain the carbon-coated antimony selenide/graphene composite material. USE - Method for preparing carbon-coated antimony selenide/graphene composite material used as negative electrode material for sodium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the carbon-coated antimony selenide/graphene composite material in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with improved conductivity of the antimony selenide, excellent capacity, conductivity and cycling stability, and improved stability of the electrode material to ensure long service life in practical application.
