▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/graphene nano belt hybrid film comprises (i) uniformly mixing graphene oxide dispersion and graphene oxide nano belt dispersion in a mass ratio of 0.5-1.5:0.5-1.5, freeze-drying mixed dispersion to obtain graphene oxide/graphene oxide nano belt hybrid sponge, (ii) reducing graphene oxide/graphene oxide nanobelt hybrid sponge in hydration steam at 50-100 degrees C for 20-30 hours to obtain graphene/graphene nanobelt hybrid sponge, and (iii) placing graphene/graphene nano belt hybrid sponge in mold and subjecting to hot press sintering at a temperature of 1200-2000 degrees C and a pressure of 20-30 MPa, keeping temperature for 0.5-2 hours and stopping heating, removing the sample when temperature in the furnace is reduced to room temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/graphene nano belt hybrid film. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes the properties of graphene carbon nanotube hybrid materials, solves the problem of limited contact area between graphene and carbon nanotubes and improves electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the material by introducing an interface.
