NOVELTY - Nano-nickel oxide/nickel/graphene composite material comprises a structure whose graphene surface is uniformly distributed with nano nickel oxide and metallic nickel particles. USE - Nano-nickel oxide/nickel/graphene composite material used for super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material utilizes the properties of graphene and overcomes the defects of super capacitor material. Nano-nickel oxide/nickel/graphene composite material with high capacity and good stability is manufactured.
