▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Constructing glucose biosensor based on glutathione assembly comprises using gold electrode modified by glutatione as a carrier, activating carboxylated graphene and loading it on the surface of the gold electrode, modifying the gold electrodes with carboxylated graphene/glutathione to obtain gold electrodes modified by carboxysetrahydro-carboxylic acid, soaking the modified gold electrodes in a crosslinking agent and drying to obtain the glucose biosensors based on the glutathion assembly, where the method further comprises using carboxymethylenediamine/carboxylate modified gold electrode as the carrier, and loading the carboxythione-modified gold electrode with a cross-linker and drying. USE - Method for constructing glucose biosensor based on glutathione assembly for health and disease diagnosis of human body. ADVANTAGE - The method successfully assembles the glutathione-carboxylation graphene self-assembly glucose biosensor with high sensitivity, good selectivity, good repeatability and good stability. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows an infrared spectrum of carboxylation graphene.
