▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-toughened ceramic, comprises mixing graphene oxide and zirconium oxychloride in a solvent to obtain precursor mixture, where mass ratio between graphene oxide and zirconium oxychloride in the precursor mixture is 1-5:9.4-47, then adjusting pH of the precursor mixture to 8-10, and hydrothermally reacting the alkaline precursor mixture, where the temperature of the hydrothermal reaction is 150-200 degrees C and hydrothermal reaction time is 10-30 hours, then performing solid-liquid separation of the product, collecting solid component and sintering. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-toughened ceramic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-toughened ceramic prepared by above method.
