NOVELTY - Graphene oxide is added to N,N-dimethylformamide solution and dispersed, to obtain solution (A). 1,3-Dicyclohexylcarbodiimide is added to N,N-dimethylformamide solution and shaken, to obtain solution (B). Photoactive material is added to N,N-dimethylformamide solution and dispersed, to obtain solution (C). Solution (A) is added to solution (B), stirred, solution (C) is added and stirred. Obtained solution is added to autoclave, dried, filtered, resultant solid is washed and dried, to obtain graphene oxide-based photoelectric active composite material. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-based photoelectric active composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide-based photoelectric active composite material by simple and environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide is added to N,N-dimethylformamide solution and ultrasonically dispersed for 10-60 minutes, to obtain 0.5-2 g/L brownish yellow solution (A). 1,3-Dicyclohexylcarbodiimide is added to N,N-dimethylformamide solution and shaken until complete dissolution, to obtain 5-30 g/L solution (B). Photoactive material is added to N,N-dimethylformamide solution and ultrasonically dispersed for 10-60 minutes, to obtain 5-30 g/L solution (C). Solution (A) is added to solution (B), stirred at room temperature for 5-30 minutes, solution (C) is added, stirred at room temperature for 5-30 minutes, and further stirred for 1-6 days, to obtain brown-green solution. Obtained brown-green solution is added to polytetrafluoroethylene-coated autoclave, dried at 60-180 degrees C for 6-24 hours, to obtain dark green solid-liquid mixture. Obtained dark green solid-liquid mixture is filtered by suction filtration, resultant solid is washed using N,N-dimethylformamide solution 3-5 times and ethanol 3-5 times, and dried at room temperature for 4-6 hours, to obtain graphene oxide-based photoelectric active composite material. The volume ratio of solution (A) and solution (B) is 1:(0.1265-0.5). The volume ratio of solution (A) and solution (C) is 1:(0.0625-1). Photoactive material is hydroxy-substituted metal-porphyrin, hydroxy-substituted metal-phthalocyanine or hydroxy-substituted metal-naphthalene phthalocyanine.
