NOVELTY - Flame-retardant thermal-insulation aerogel comprises solid components and water, where solid components comprises 5 wt.% flame retardant materials, 5-25 wt.% graphene oxide, and 70-90 wt.% biomass-based material. USE - Fire-retardant heat-insulating gas-gel used in fire detection and early warning (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The natural, renewable and degradable biomass-based thermal insulation aerogel uses as a main body, introduces graphene oxide, and utilizes thermal reduction characteristic of the graphene oxide to endow the composite aerogel with a fire early warning function. The flame retardant further introduces to improve thermal stability and the fire safety of the aerogel, and prolongs early warning time of the aerogel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) A method for preparing flame-retardant and heat-insulating aerogel, which involves: mixing a biomass-based material, a graphene oxide aqueous dispersion and a flame retardant material, and then fully dispersing to obtain a mixed hydrogel, and pre-freezing the mixed hydrogel. The vacuum freeze drying is carried out on the pre-frozen mixed hydrogel to obtain the flame-retardant heat-preservation aerogel with the fire early warning function. (2) A fire early warning device, which is formed by connecting a power supply, an ammeter, an alarm lamp and the flame-retardant heat-insulating aerogel with the fire early warning function through a lead.
