▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite powder comprises a nickel-based matrix powder and 0.05-0.2 wt.%. graphene, where the nickel-based matrix powder comprises 18-22 wt.%. chromium , 8-10 wt.%. molybdenum, 3-4 wt.%. niobium, 0.1-0.5 wt.%. silicon, 1-3 wt.%. iron and nickel (remaining amount). USE - The composite powder is useful for cladding ultra-high-speed laser (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The powder enables the cladding layer to form an iron-based cladding layer with good toughness and high hardness under the condition of ultra-high-speed laser cladding and rapid heating and cooling which can replace electroplating in thin-layer cladding. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite powder for cladding ultra-high speed laser.
