NOVELTY - Breathable temperature-adjusting fabric comprises temperature-adjusting fabric including a water absorbing layer (1) and a temperature adjusting layer (2), which are interwoven with each other. The water absorbing layer and a temperature adjusting layer of the temperature-adjusting fabric are made by changing layers method from the outside to the inside. The inner layer of the temperature-adjusting fabric is provided with a breathable skin-friendly layer (3). The phase-change microcapsules are arranged inside the temperature- adjusting layer. The inner area ratio of the water absorbing layer and a temperature adjusting layer is 2:1-2. The phase change microcapsule comprises a phase change material and a microcapsule wall material. The microcapsule wall material wraps the phase change material and at least two yarns in the temperature adjusting layer are adjacent to the temperature- adjusting fabric exchange place. USE - The breathable temperature-adjusting fabric is useful for manufacturing underwear. ADVANTAGE - The breathable temperature adjusting fabric ensures that the deformation of the temperature adjusting layer is relatively small under the actions of temperature and water and the air can move through the gaps between the yarns in the temperature adjusting layer, so that the air permeability of the product will decrease slightly in the presence of sweat; improves the user experience; has strong perspiration, so that the sweat in the outside will evaporate quickly and the sweat in the water absorbing layer will be directly replenished to the outer layer to achieve the purpose of quick perspiration.
