NOVELTY - Antibacterial aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather photocatalyst composition comprises 12.4-88.2799 wt.% aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 15-35 wt.% filler, 3-10 wt.% ammonium stearate emulsion, 0.5-1 wt.% foaming agent, 0.5-3 wt.% nano titanium dioxide, 1-5 wt.% nano silica, 0.0001-0.01 wt.% graphene, 0.5-2.5 wt.% leveling agent, 1-3 wt.% anti-adhesive agent, 0.5-1 wt.% aqueous ammonia, 0.02-8 wt.% aqueous color paste and 0.5-1.5 wt.% thickener. USE - Used as antibacterial aqueous polyurethane synthetic leather photocatalyst composition. ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst composition: has excellent ultraviolet resistance and self-cleaning, antibacterial ability; and does not influence the synthesis leather fastness and hand feeling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing photocatalyst composition comprising (i) adding the raw materials except the thickener in the coating liquid into the container, stirring with a dispersing mixer, filtrating, and adding thickener to adjust the viscosity, (ii) forming the coated coating liquid into a coated foam body through an intelligent dynamic foam generator, applying the coated foam to the leather base fabric, precisely controlling the amount of coating by the computer, and adjusting the coating thickness according to the requirements of different leather products, (iii) drying through an oven after coating to obtain antibacterial aqueous polyurethane foam synthetic leather photocatalyst, and (iv) post-treatment and surface treatment of the antibacterial aqueous polyurethane foam synthetic leather photocatalyst to obtain final product, where post-processing including embossing, printing, printing or crepe.
