▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method (50) involves placing (52) a sol mixture in a cavity of a tool capsule, where the sol mixture comprising a solvent. Multiple tool capsules are placed (60) in a conveyor system. Multiple tool capsules are heated (62) until the solvent of the sol mixture reaches at least supercritical solvent conditions. Each of multiple tool capsules are depressurized (64) after the supercritical conditions is reached. Multiple tool capsules are cooled (66) to about room temperature. The components are removed (68) from multiple tool capsules, where the process is being continuous. The solvent comprises ethanol and methanol. The sol mixture comprises an airgel material. A precursor selected from the group consisting of silica, alumina, titania, hafnium carbide, polymers and chalcogenide semiconductors. USE - Method for producing multiple components such as electric vehicle battery assemblies and various electronic components of electric vehicles used in automotive industry. ADVANTAGE - The tool capsules are heated without an external restraining force. The part does not ignite and exhibit little to no heat release and heat dissipation at ambient temperature. The process is less time consuming and does not require relatively expensive high temperature and high pressure equipment. A high volume production of components is achieved in e automotive industry. The use of graphene with airgel can be implemented in a variety of applications with this property such as anode applications in a solid state battery.
