NOVELTY - The method involves carrying out a substrate surface drawing, texturing and polishing process. Oil is removed from a substrate by using an acetone/ethanol ultrasonic cleaning process. The surface of the substrate is dried. A lead core of a 2B pencil is fixed to the substrate for obtaining light grey color film. The light grey color film is annealed and selected according to actual requirement, where annealing temperature is 300-600 degree Celsius. USE - Method for quickly preparing graphene or nano graphite film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables avoiding material surface wearing issue, and reducing friction coefficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The substrate is metal, ceramic or polymer.
