NOVELTY - Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) sheath material comprises 10-50 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 10-15 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 2-3 pts. wt. modified bone glue adhesive, 3-5 pts. wt. diatomite, 0.5-2 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 3-9 pts. wt. white oil, 10-14 pts. wt. inorganic mineral powder, 10-15 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 0.4-2 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 8-10 pts. wt. anti-aging agent. USE - The material is useful for oil-resistant and tear-resistant cable (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent oil resistance and tear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the sheath material, comprising (1) taking above-mentioned each component, (2) heating and mixing polypropylene resin, chloroprene rubber and silicone rubber, and obtaining mixture, (3) adding the modified bone glue adhesive and the modified graphene oxide into the mixture, and fully mixing to obtain the modified mixture, and (4) adding diatomite, magnesium oxide, white oil, inorganic mineral powder, compatibilizer and anti-aging agent to the modified mixture, fully mixing and reacting, and obtaining the TPU sheath material for oil-resistant and tear-resistant cables.
