NOVELTY - Graphene modified epoxy anticorrosive paint comprises A component and B component according to mass ratio of (3-4):1, where the A component is: 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 25-30 pts. wt. polyethylene, 5-10 pts. wt. modified acrylic acid, 8-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1-1.2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. flatting agent, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-2 pts. wt. emulsifying agent, 30-35 pts. wt. de-ionized water and the B component is curing agent. USE - Used as graphene modified epoxy anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive paint: uses the epoxy resin base material based on adding polyethylene, which has hardness and elasticity that can increase the comprehensive performance of the product, increase the use field of the product, adds modified acrylic acid, which can be matched with the polyethylene, which can increase the corrosion resistance of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene modified epoxy anticorrosive paint, comprising (i-a) mixing methyl methacrylate with acrylic acid, butyl acrylate and polyethylene glycol octyl phenyl ether, adding de-ionized water, stirring, heating, adding initiator, stirring to obtain emulsion, (i-b) dissolving the aniline, adding sulfanilic acid and initiator, stirring, adding the obtained emulsion, stirring, adding de-ionized water, and cooling to obtain the modified acrylic acid; (ii) mixing the epoxy resin and polyethylene, heating, stirring, adding 1-naphthylamine, stirring, adding tea polyphenol, flavonoid antioxidant, emulsifying agent, thickening agent, graphene and antifoaming agent, stirring, adding flatting agent, stirring uniformly, adding modified acrylic acid and de-ionized water, stirring to obtain the A component; and (iii) mixing the A component and B component according to mass ratio to obtain the anticorrosive paint.
