NOVELTY - A flexible electrode comprises substrate provided with conductive electrode and graphene film between aluminum zinc oxide (AZO) conductive electrodes. The graphene film is clamped between AZO films. The flexible electrode is sandwich structure. USE - Flexible electrode for flexible photoelectric devices such as flexible organic light emitting diode and flexible solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The electrode resolves problems of insufficient conductivity of AZO and damped conductivity after bending effectively, thus realizing practicability and mass production of flexible photoelectric devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the flexible electrode which comprises dispersing graphene in deionized water to form graphene suspending liquid (0.02-0.5 mg/mL) for future use; plating AZO film (100-200 nm thick) on flexible polyethylene glycol terephthalate substrate with magnetron sputter plating method; uniformly coating layer of graphene on sample plate of AZO-sputtered polyethylene glycol terephthalate substrate with graphene suspending liquid using pulling method, and drying film in air; and sputtering AZO film (100-200 nm) on processed polyethylene glycol terephthalate substrate with magnetron sputter plating method.
