NOVELTY - A graphene sponge material comprises 25-35 pts. wt. graphene nanosheets, 12-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-20 pts. wt. nano-zirconia, 10-15 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 6-9 pts. wt. stone masterbatch powder, 1-4 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 2-5 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. hydroxymethyl starch, 2-5 pts. wt. talc, 2-3 pts. wt. hexanediol diacrylate, 2-4 pts. wt. epoxy-nano-silica, 2-3 pts. wt. ferric oxide and 1-3 pts. wt. nano-silica. USE - Graphene sponge material is useful for air purification. ADVANTAGE - The graphene sponge material with highly porous structure and controlled surface properties exhibits excellent adsorption performance with respect to harmful gases such as formaldehyde, sulfur dioxide, ammonia and carbon dioxide.
