NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen plasma modified three-dimensional graphene powder comprises e.g. providing the three-dimensional graphene powder with large specific surface area, drying in plasma equipment cavity in the bottom electrode, adjusting the top electrode so as to keep a proper distance, removing air in the chamber, introducing nitrogen in the chamber between the bottom electrode and the top electrode, providing stable plasma equipment cavity pressure, opening the high pressure direct current power supply, and generating stably nitrogen plasma atmosphere. USE - The powder is useful for dye-sensitized solar cell electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The powder: has platinum substitute traditional electrode material; improves the photovoltaic efficiency of the battery; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nitrogen plasma modified three-dimensional graphene powder comprises (i) providing the three-dimensional graphene powder with large specific surface area, drying in plasma equipment cavity in the bottom electrode, adjusting the top electrode so as to keep a proper distance, removing air in the chamber, introducing nitrogen in the chamber between the bottom electrode and the top electrode, (ii) providing stable plasma equipment cavity pressure, opening the high pressure direct current power supply, generating stably nitrogen plasma atmosphere, and performing nitrogen plasma of three-dimensional graphene powder modification, finishing processing, obtaining nitrogen plasma modified three-dimensional graphene powder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for dye-sensitized solar cell comprising counter electrode prepared by the nitrogen plasma-modified three-dimensional graphene powder.
